Client Need: Major CPG business needed to amplify their overall brand, connect and engage with their audience in a new digital way, while maintaining the integrity of individual brands under their umbrella.

Solution: Created their first digital newsletter that would provide advice, user stories, and exclusive coupons for use to subscribers. This newsletter would be a part of their marketing strategy for decades.
Global Sustainability hits the market in record time.

Client Need: Global consulting firm was preparing to launch a new Sustainability advisory practice with multiple service offerings and needed to get out into the market quickly as they were already behind their competition.

Solution: Conduct market and competitive research to identify gaps and opportunities; develop brand positioning, brand identity (working with external vendor), messaging, and playbooks that would break through the noise in the market, align with brand standards, and create consistency. Identify spokespeople and provide message framework, develop a holistic marketing plan with a rolling launch that focused on integrating into existing channels (podcasts, webcasts, social channels, etc.) to get to market quickly, and build a quarterly plan that included content, digital, social, and events strategy.

​Client Need: Global consulting firm with an existing webcast program that had an extensive and cumbersome go-to-market process, but worked well! The program was maintaining a solid status quo but not growing.

Solution: Revisit the process with the team and identify where to streamline, taking a 1 month process to one week. (Would later create a 24-hour turnaround for urgent needs) Elevate the brand with a consistent identity and update all marketing materials, including consistency in start of show, end of show, and digital brochure. Recommend an email drip campaign and strategic polling questions with follow-up for lead nurturing. Result was an award-winning webcast program (over 360 events/year with 1,500-12,000 attendees/each (increased 18% YoY).

Client Need: Global consulting firm with internal communications professionals dispersed across 142 countries, each with varying levels of experience and resources, needs to drive brand consistency internally, engage employees, and provide success metrics.

Solution: Create a global Community of Practice (250+ members), engage and empower them by leveraging collaboration tools, highlighting successes and best practices, while getting their input on current and future state. The result included a highly engaged CoP, consensus on best practices, consistent templates, and identification of duplication that resulted in a recommendation for new email tool that would save the firm nearly $1M in contract consolidation.
C-suite executives increase their eminence within first quarter.

Client Needs: Several C-suite executives found themselves in new roles and a need to expand their presence in the market.

Solution: Teaming with the PR team, we created a consistent approach to social media, with video, personal, and professional perspectives, and 60% increase in connections. ​
Blog increases reach and engagement, and establishes market presence.​

Client Needs: As the Sustainability practice needed to break into the market quickly, build awareness, establish trust, and claim their presence in the market.

Solution: Tap into their expertise, and position leaders as the authority on key topics. I added a blog to their marketing plan, created a promotional plan, social strategy, and online presence, along with a simple process that did not demand a lot of time from executives. I teamed with ghostwriters, leveraged other teams to promote via existing channels, provided social content for everyone within the practice to leverage, and worked with risk teams to set parameters for quick approvals. The result was an increased reach of 50% and 54% engagement with key targets. ​​​
